CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a pulse scanning circuit 2 for generating a scanning signal P from a reference signal f and an error signal detection circuit 3 having a plurality of output terminals A. A pair of multicore cables 7 connected to each of said output and input terminals A and B are comprared with the signals of the output terminals A, driven in order by the scanning signal P, and with the signals of the input terminals B corresponding to the output terminals A to check them and to momentarily alarm troubles such as wire breaking, short-circuit by means of a buzzer and a luminous element.
