Abstract
PURPOSE:To check retaining force between the iron core of a rotor and a conductor rod easily and quantitatively, by detecting the attenuation characteristics of a resonance wave by applying oscillation in the external diameter direction of the conductor rod. CONSTITUTION:When an operator presses an attachment 5 against the conductor rod 11 of a rotor iron core 12 by holding a plate 4, the conductor rod 11 resonates at the frequency of oscillation applied through an oscillator 1, a piezoelectric element 2, the plate 4, and the attachment 5. The resonance is detected by the piezoleletric element 2 through the attachment 5 and plate 4, and its output voltage is supplied to a voltage measuring instrument 3. A trigger 6 while operating the oscillator 1 permits a timer 7 to start time measurement. The required time when the resonance wave output of an amplifier 3 decreases below the set value of an arithmetic part 8 is displayed on a display part 9 and an oscillation waveform is displayed on a monitor 10. consequently, retaining force between the rotor iron core 12 and conductor rod 11 is checked easily and quantitatively.
