CONSTITUTION:The disazo pigments expressed by the formula (where X is an aromatic ring such as benzene ring or naphthalene ring, a heterocyclic ring such as indole ring, a carbazole ring or benzofuran ring or their substituent, Ar1 is an aromatic group such as benzene ring or naphthalene ring, a heterocyclic ring of dibenzofuran or their substituent, Ar2 and Ar3 are an aromatic group such as benzene ring or naphthalene ring or their substitutent, R1 and R3 are hydrogen, a lower alkyl group, a phenyl group or their substituent, R2 is a lower alkyl group, a carboxyl group or their ester) are contained as an electric charge carrier producing material, whereby the photosensitive layer is provided.
