This stored monitor signal is read out by the output of the processing timing generating circuit 2 and is transmitted to a master station. Since the monitor item scanning circuit 3 operates in a high speed, the operation pauses at the time other than the operation time of the monitor item scanning circuit in the period of the serial signal string of monitor items transmitted to the master station to stop the power supply to this circuit.
