Abstract

PURPOSE:To transmit a high or low voice of a speaker as it is, by adjusting the gain of a translation language outputting circuit to the gain corresponding to magnitude of an input signal level of an original language, while an output signal of a translation language corresponding to the original language is being sent out. CONSTITUTION:A sound signal of an original language applied to a microphone 1 is amplified by an input amplifier 2, and after that, is sent to a voice analyzing circuit 3 and a minimum holding circuit 10. In the voice analyzing circuit 3, the sound signal is converted to a character signal of the original language, and after that, is sent out to an electronic translating circuit 4. The electronic translating circuit 4 translates the applied character signal of the original language to a character signal of a translation language, and sends it out to a voice synthesizing circuit 5.
