CONSTITUTION:In a mold 9 of an IC, a quartz oscillation circuit is formed, and, at this time, capacitors 3-5 for coarse adjustment of oscillation frequency are also set into the inner part of the IC. The selection among the capacitors 3-5 is carried out through wire-bondings 6. While a trimmer capacitor 1, which is set externally, is used to adjusting finely the oscillation frequency, the capacitor 1 is omissible if the capacitors set in the IC are so prepared that the capacities of these capacitors are made selectable closely.
