Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate a winding work and to improve the rotor balance of a motor by winding coils by dividing them to approx. half of the predetermined number of turns to interpose a shaft between the divided coils when winding the coils over two slots. CONSTITUTION:When coils are wound directly on a rotor core 6 mounted on a shaft 6 over two slots 7, a coil A is wound in the amount of half N/2 of the predetermined number N of turns, and is then divided to interpose the shaft 5 between the divided coils of the remaining half N/2. Thereafter, when the next coil B and the later coil are wound, they are respectively divided into halves N/2. In this manner, the swelling of the winding bundle is uniformalized over the entire periphery, thereby facilitating the winding work and making the rotor balance uniform.
