Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively obtain continuous coil-winding of a plurality of coils which are used for motor armatures.
CONSTITUTION: On the side part of a turntable 10, four revolution shafts 12A, 12B, 12C and 12D are arranged, keeping the angle of 90°, and two coiling cores 13 and 14 and three guide flanges 15, 16, and 17 are installed onto each shaft of revolution. A conductor 2 is coiled by a prescribed turns onto the spool 13 of the shaft 12A through a nozzle 19 from a spool 18. The table 10 is turned by 90° in the direction of an arrow, and the coil 1 coiled on the shaft 12A is rewound onto the coiling core 14 of the shaft 12D, and at the same time the conductor 2 from the spool 18 is coiled anew onto the coiling core 13 of the shaft 12D, and then the coil 1 is formed on the coiling cores 13 and 14 of the shaft 12D concurrently, and then removed from the coiling cores, and a continuous coil is obtained.
