Abstract

PURPOSE:To equalize potentials at two current input terminals to that at a reference voltage terminal, by providing the reference voltage terminal to a differential input type current amplifying circuit. CONSTITUTION:Input currents i1 and i2 are applied to the emitters of transistors (TR)Q2 and Q1, and an input reference voltage Vref is applied to the emitter of a TRQ3, so that output currents from the collectors of TRs Q5 and Q6, i.e. a difference current i0 between input currents i1 and i2 appear at an output terminal out. When two input currents i1 and i2 are much less than a bias current, the baas-emitter voltages of the TRs Q1, Q2 and Q3 are nearly equal, and voltages at input terminals + and - are equal to the reference voltage Vref.
