The inner peripheral tapering face 30 of the enlarging mold piece 3a is protruded to the outer peripheral direction, being pushed by the tapering face 20 of the sliding body 2 and enlarges the rubber-made mold member 4, making the state of the enlarged diameter and at the same time both the large and small members 5a, 5b for grooving are protruded, making the state of the enlarged diameter.
