PURPOSE:To suppress damage of a metallic mold and also to save energy for the process, by laminating plural thin plates of a metallic magnetic material, forming an insulating layer between layers of these laminated plates, and cutting only a coupling part by which the core laminated plate part is connected with the thin plate. CONSTITUTION:A core laminated plate part 4 shaped like a desired core shape is placed so as to connect with an edge part 5 of a thin plate 1 by coupling parts 7, 8 of 1 or plural places in its border, and the circumference of the core laminated plate part 4 is punched from the belt-like thin plate 1 of a metallic magnetic material. Subsequently, an insulating layer s formed on one surface or both surfaces of the surface and the reverse side of the belt-like thin plate 1 which has been punched. From the thin plate 1 on which the insulating layer has been formed, the core laminated plate part 4 is continuously punched by press-punching so as to separate it from the edge part 5, and a complete laminated plate part 4A is obtained. In case of this punching, it is only the coupling parts that are cut substantially, and its cut part is short, therefore, a press metallic mold is influenced little. A magnet head core is formed by suporposing this core laminated plate part 4A.
