Abstract
PURPOSE: To obviate the need for inversional layer when iron plates are laminated as well as fix iron plates without welding by the procedure in which the both sides of at least one face of iron plates for lamination are coated with a thermal setting resin and then the iron plates are laminated by compression and heating into a predetermined thickness of laminate.
CONSTITUTION: A hoop material is punched into a shape such as to connect the central part of the iron plate 3 and then the both sides of at least one face of it coated with the thermal setting resin 7 by means of the roller 6. Then, it is cut off by the cutter 9 and then a predetermined number of the cut plates are piled up inside the pressure female mold 12 and heated by compressing by the pressure male mold to force the thermal setting resin 7 into the iron plates 3, followed by hardening. Thus, because the iron plates 3 are closely adhered to each other by means of the thermal setting resin, the need for welding is eliminated and also because apertures due to a variation in the thickness of iron plates, if any, are filled with the resin 7, the inversional layer of 180° can be eliminated at the time of laminating the iron plates 3.
