Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a uniform cooling and a constant temperature as well as to increase a strength of the device by a method wherein concentric groove and an annular hollow chamber having projections at either one of the inner or outer circumferential wall surfaces are provided in the cylindrical member, and operating or working liquid is filled in the hollow chamber.
CONSTITUTION: Within a cylinder member 1 are arranged a groove 7 formed substantially in concentric to the cylinder and further formed in a longitudinal direction along an outer circumferential wall surface thereof, an annular hollow chamber 2 having projections 8 formed at least in either one of the inner or outer circumferential wall surfaces and a desired amount of working liquid 3 filled in the hollow chamber 2. The hollow chamber 2 is formed such that the inner ring 6 and the outer ring 5 are pressed to each other with some margin being left therebetween.
