Abstract

PURPOSE: To contrive to uniformalize the heat transfer through the phase change of working fluid by a constitution wherein a hollow chamber with circumferential grooves and projections and axial grooves formed over the outer peripheral wall of a turbular member of a bearing or the like is provided and the working fluid is sealed in the hollow chamber, with which a radiator is connected by means of pipes.
CONSTITUTION: The quantity of heat generated at the bearing 2 heats and evaporates the working fluid filled up in the grooves 8 and 11 and as a result the bearing 2 itself cools down. The steam or evaporized working fluid moves through steam pipes 12 and 14 to the radiator to be cooled and condensed therein and to flow back to the hollow chamber 11. At this time, when a part uneven in temperature is produced in the bearing 2, a steam pressure difference is generated, resulting in causing the heat movement to contrive to uniformalize. Owing to the constitution as described above, the heat transfer device contriving for the uniformalization in the temperature is obtained.
