Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure synchronous detection by giving two kind of modulated waves the same frequency component, by modulating the same carrier by two kind of base-band signals differing in frequency. CONSTITUTION:A switch 1 for switching between a picture signal and a control signal is supplied with a base band picture signal 2 and a base-band control signal 3 with a 900Hz frequency. In a time zone when the picture signal is transmitted, the switch 1 selects the picture signal as a base-band signal 5 on the basis of a switching signal 4 and supplies it to a modulator 6. The modulator 6 modulates a 2,100Hz carrier according to the base-band picture signal to generate a modulated signal 8. In another time zone when the control signal is transmitted, the switching signal 4 supplied to switches 1 and 13 is switched, and consequently the 1st switch 1 supplies the 900Hz control signal 3 to the modulator 6 as the base-band signal 5.
