Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform the execution of highly reliable and accurate excavation by reducing the number of parts to be controlled and also accumulated errors of testers, etc., by providing an inclinometer on the rotary center axis of a blade.
CONSTITUTION: A blade 20 is supported by a support arm 22 connected to the lower part of a circle 21. The elevating parts 23 and 23' of the circle 21 are actuated by an oil-pressure cylinder to perform the lifting and tilting of the blade 20. A support bar 24 is hung through the center of the circle 21, an inclinometer 25 by which the inclined angle of the support bar 24 from the horizon is detected is provided on the rotary axis at the center of the support 24. When the angle θ' between the rotary axis O1 and the vertical line V1 is detected by the inclinometer 25, the inclined angle θ between the horizontal face H and the plane P1 at the cross section at a right angle to the progress direction of an excavator on the excavating face can be detected.
