Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevnt the blow-through of a sealant and perform sure lining by maintaining the pressure above the lining pressure for a certain time to a allow the sealant to flow out into a surrounding earth from a leaking part prior to lining of the inside of an underground buried conduit pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid sealant 2 is filled in the entire part of an underground buried conduit pipe 1, and one opening of the pipe 1 is closed. High pressure is applied from the other end opening and this state is maintained for a fixed time. Then, part of the sealant 2 outflows through the leaking part 1a of the pipe 1 into surrounding earth 3 and can consolidate the surrounding earth 3. After this, the closed one end opening is released, and an in-pipe traveling body 4 is moved in the pipe 1 under application of fluid pressure for traveling or by rope traction. While the excess sealant is being discharged by this, the sealant 2 is lined in the form of a cylindrical film on the inside surface of the pipe 1.
