Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to spend the life fresh in summer and warm in winter and yet to induce enough sun light into respective rooms at the house equipped with a plurality of rooms.
CONSTITUTION: In summer, air is moved upward by means of a fan 17 under the condition that pivoting plates 18, 29 and 40 are respectively set in order to open the space between plates 15 for defining a central vertical air passage, a skylight 20 and a draft hole 21. Then, outside air flows, from the draft hole 1a of a foundation 1, into the space under a floor board 9 and, through the space between the plates 15 and the draft holes 4a and 6a of panels 4 and 6 respectively, into the space under a roof 8 and then, through the draft hole 21, into the space under a dormer 22 to be discharged outside from the draft hole 39 of a dormer cheek 23. When, at the fine days in winter, air is moved downward by means of the fan 17 under the condition that the pivoting plates 29 and 40 are respectively set in order to open the skylight 29 and the draft hole 21 while the pivoting plate 18 is set to close the space between the plates 15, the whole of the rooms 16 are heated with the high temperature air accumulated under the roof 8. In addition, the sun light induced through the skylight 20 illuminates the respective rooms 16 by reflecting from reflectos 30, 31 and 33W 36.
