Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a scanning speed, by locating of P type and N type domains in a matrix state and by constructing an injection type electroluminescence optical scanner. CONSTITUTION:Plural number of P type domain 1 and N type domin N located in a matrix state a cross point 3 of both domain to luminous domain. A pulse sent from pulse generator 4 is supplied to a horizontal shift resistor 5 and a vertical shift resistor 6 to obtain a horizontal clock pulse and a vertical clock pulse. Then, both clock pulses are supplied to transistor trains for switching 7 and 8 respectively and conducted one by one at said trains. As this results, cross point 3 which corresponds to the conducted transistor is light emitted, and two-dimensional scanning is performed by scanning each transistor train.
