Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the commutator of an AC commutator motor without a semiconductor element by facing two secured cores with a rotor core, winding a primary winding on one stator core and winding a secondary winding on the other stator core. CONSTITUTION:Two stator cores 1, 6 are axially spaced, and common rotor core 3 is provided at the bores of the cores 1, 6. A primary winding 2 is wound on one stator core 1, an AC current is supplied thereto, a secondary winding 7 is wound on the other stator core 6, a silicon steel plate 5 extending axially is buried in the core 3 in such a manner that the magnetic flux passes only in axial direction in the rotor core. Thus, when an AC current is flowed through the primary winding 2, the rectifying action of the magnetic flux occurs between the revolving magnetic field and the axial magnetic flux passing axially through the rotor core 3, and the frequency of the secondary winding 7 can be coincided with the power frequency.
