A switch 75 is closed while the data is transferred to an external auxiliary memory 21 from the memory 71, and then the memory 71 is refreshed by a refreshing circuit 73. When the transfer of data is over, the switch 75 is opened to stop the refresh action. When the refresh action is discontinued for a prescribed period of time, the bits of the memory 71 are all turned white.
