Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to supply most commonly used medium-temperature water at a low cost, by employing such an arrangement that a lower region, middle region and upper region of a hot-water reservoir tank are heated respectively by a solar heat collector, condensation heat of a refrigerator, and high-temperature heat source.
CONSTITUTION: City water in a hot-water reservoir tank 1, supplied by a feed water pump 2, is carried from a lower region A of the tank 1 to a solar heat collector 4 by a circulating pump 3. After heating the city water at the solar heat collector 4, it is carried back into the tank 1. In a middle region B of the tank 1, there is provided a condenser 9 which constitutes a refrigerator together with an outdoor unit 12 consisting of a compressor 8, pressure-reducing element 10 and evaporator 11. In an upper region, on the other hand, there is provided a high-temperature heat source 13 of an electric heater. With such an arrangement, city water in the tank 1 is preheated gradually by the solar heat collector 4. However, in case that water in the middle region B is not heated up to a medium temperature (about 55°C), compressor 8 is set into operation automatically for heating water by the condensation heat of condenser 9. Further, in case of using high-temperature water, current is supplied to the heater 13.
