PURPOSE:To prevent danger of handle device during automatic rotation, by a method wherein main shaft and operation shaft are able to be freely engaged and disengaged by axial direction movement giving the operation shaft a tendency to disengage with main shaft by way of a spring force. CONSTITUTION:A pin 31 is installed sidewisely inserted at supporting portion 15 of the main shaft 14, and a U-groove 32 to engage with pin 31 is prepared to the inside end of the operation shaft 22. The groove 32 is engaged or disengaged with pin 31 by axial directional movement of shaft 22, and the relation between main shaft 14 and shaft 22 is made free to engage and disengage. To the outer end of the shaft 22 a handle 34 is fixed, and a compression coil spring 36 is inserted and installed between central cylindrical portion 21 of the external member 12 to the boss portion 35 of the handle 34, to give shaft 22 tendency to move outside, or disengaging. A rotational dial 42 is installed to the outer periphery of the outside surface of the rotational plate 41 in the fixed housing, an opening 43 is prepared to see the scale 42 and transparent sheet 44 with fixed scale 45 is installed.
