CONSTITUTION:In recording mode, a switch 39 is turned off, and a recording audio signal from a terminal 25 is picked up from a terminal 45 via an FM modulation circuit 13 consisting of transistors TRs 28, 29 and a TR42 to execute magnetic recording. When the switch 39 is turned on to assume playback mode, a bias higher than an emitter potential Ve is given to the base of a TR43 by a power source V0 to constitute a switching circuit 14.
