Abstract
PURPOSE: To generate electricity, by utilizing waste heat discharged from a nuclear power plant.
CONSTITUTION: Waste heat carried by turbine exhaust 4 from a nuclear power plant is given to vapor of a low-boiling-point substance by a heater 8 for recovering the heat. A turbine is then rotated by the vapor. After that, the vapor is cooled by cooling water so that the vapor changes into liquid. The liquid is conducted again to the heater 8.
