CONSTITUTION:In forming an armor insulating layer by winding an adhesive insulating tape by semi-lap winding on the main insulating layer 8 of a coil conductor, a tape 20 formed by bonding a good mold-releasing tape 3 to the unlapped part of a base material tape 2 is used as an adhesive insulating tape. An armor insulating layer 30 provided with a mold releasing layer on the surface is formed by winding the adhesive insulating tape 20 on the main insulating layer 8. In this way, as the armor insulating layer having the mold releasing layer can be formed just by winding, easy work is achieved and good adhesion with the main insulating layer 8 and the armor insulating layer 30 can be secured.
