Abstract

PURPOSE:To prohibit simultaneous use of a common power source and to prevent bad influence on exposure control by preventing automatic switching when low brightness to a flash photographing preparing state after exposure control or focusing detection start. CONSTITUTION:When brightness of a subject is low and divided voltage due to an optical detecting element 3 and a resistance 4 is lowered than reference voltage due to resistances 5, 6, an output of a comparator 7 becomes low and a transistor(TR) 10 turns on. Since a switch 12 is on before start of a shutter action, an electromagnet 13 is conducted, a flashing apparatus is subjected to popup with a switch on, thus supply to the flashing apparatus starts. After start of a shutter action the switch is off, even if the comparator 7 outputs a low brightness signal, the electromagnet 13 is not conducted, thus the flashing apparatus is not actuated.
