Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity in an injection process by impregnating one end of a liquid crystal introducing path comprising a capillary tube in a liquid crystal replenishing vessel and by leading the liquid crystal to the other end of the introducing part to inject it in a cell by utilizing a capillary tube phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:The whole of a device is set in a vacuum vessel. An injection inlet 3 of an injecting device in the lower part is contacted with an opening part 6 of an under cell 4 and an injection inlet 13 of an injecting device in the upper direction is brought into contact with an opening part 16 of an upper cell 14. After that, when air is introduced into a vacuum vessel, a liquid crystal 5 flows in the lower cell 4 with air pressure. Further also in the upper injecting device, a liquid crystal 15 flows in continuously through the injection inlet 13 from the opening part of the upper cell 14 under action of air pressure. After filling up liquid crystals 5, 15 in the upper and lower both cells 4, 14, by sealing opening parts 6, 16 and by cutting down a coupling part of both cells 4, 14, a cell is obtained.
