Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a rate of fuel consumption, by supplying fuel to the main unit of an engine at each intake stroke in a range of high loaded operation while supplying and stopping the fuel periodically to the engine at the intake stroke in a range of low and medium loaded operation. CONSTITUTION:In case of applying the invention to a 2-cycle internal combustion engine 1, a Venturi part 16 and float chamber of a carburetor C are communicated by a fuel passage 18, and a sliding open-close valve 20, opening and closing said passage 18, is provided on the way of said fuel passage 18, and an electromagnet 21, connected to a power source circuit 23 connected to a battery 22, is connected to said open-close valve 20. Further the power source circuit is both interposed with a rotary switch 24 to a crankshaft 8 of the engine 1 and connected with an open-close switch 25 interlocking to a throttle valve 19 through a cable 27. Then the open-close switch 25 is constituted to be opened when the throttle valve 19 is fully opened while to be closed at partial and idle opening of the throttle valve 19.
