CONSTITUTION:A metallic thin layer of Al, Al-Fe alloy or aluminum oxide is formed on a support in 50-3,000Angstrom thickness by vacuum deposition or other method, and on the layer a layer of a photosensitive resin having diazo groups, azido groups or the like and insoluble in an aqueous soln. contg. alkaline earth metal is formed in 0.5-10mum thickness. After carrying out exposure, the resin layer is first developed with an aqueous soln. of sodium hydroxide, potassium carbonate or the like, and the metallic thin layer is secondarily developed with an aqueous soln. of alkaline earth metallic hydroxide.
