Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily produce the vessel inscribed on the face at a low cost, by simuiltaneously molding an outside member and an inside member by blowing a synthetic resin along the cavity of each semimold in the same mold, and then ratating one of th members by a half to connect it to the other. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin parison is hung down from the die 1 of an extruder into blowing molds 2 and 3 for outside and inside members, respectively. The resin is mated with each semidie cavity 20, 30 in the molds 2, 3. Thus, the outside member A and the inside member B are simultaneously molded. After the molds are separated, one of the outside member A and the inside member B is rotated by a half, to receive and assemble the inside member B in the outside member A. Thereafter, a joint part C between the two members is connected. If necessary, a heat-insulating material prepared from a synthetic resin foam such as expanded polysryrene or the like may be interposed between the outside member A and the inside member B.
