Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled article suitable for health tools, chairs or the like by a method wherein spacers and a projecting sheet are drawably provided at a parting line of an openable mold, flocked cloths are attached in the mold and the first and the second blow molding are conducted with a special construction. CONSTITUTION:First, the flocked cloths 10, 11 are fixed to the internal surfaces of the molds 4, 5 and the first blow molding is conducted by applying an internal pressure to a parison 1. Next, the internal pressure is reduced to 0 after the molding, the spacers 2, 3 are drawn out from the molds 4, 5 and the projecting sheet 8 is pushed out to wind in the end parts of the flocked cloths 10, 11. Then, the molds 4, 5 are closed, and the secondary blow molding is conducted by reapplying an internal pressure, whereby the ends of the cloths 10, 11 are brought into close contact with the projecting sheet 8. After solidifying the molded article by cooling in this condition, the projecting sheet 8 is drawn out and the molded article 12 is taken out by opening the molds 4, 5.
