CONSTITUTION:Display segments (bodies are not shown, a symbol 7 is a drawing part of a display segment, S1-S3 are connection terminals), and resistors 1a-5a for driving circuits (symbols V0'-V5' are connection terminals) are formed on a glass substrate 6 in the same stage by using indium oxide or the like. It is possible to connect said display elements and resistors simultaneously to a circuit substrate 8 via an interconnector 9.
