Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize quality and improve operation efficiency by a method wherein a wound coil together with a spool is attached to a transfer jig, to be set to the jig of a coil inserting machine for inserting the coil into the stator iron core. CONSTITUTION:The spools 8a and 8b are laminated to be set through a winding shaft 7 and wound with wire by a winder for being radially expanded so that these may be easily hooked up by a blade 4 of the winder jig to be attached to a transfer jig 9 together with the spools. After said transfer jig is set to the tip of the jig of a coil inserting machine, a coil 5 is made to hook on the blade 4 of the jig of the coil inserting machine through a coil push rod 10. Thereby there is no anxiety about breaking of wire or coil damage, thus stabilizing quality of the device and improving opperation efficiency.
