CONSTITUTION:When either of the electrolytic capacitor 3a or 3b is short- circuited and gets trouble at t0 time, currents flow through a current transformer 8, the detecting value of the current tansformer 8 exceeds the predetermined value Vr2 at t1 time and an operational amplifier 12 is operated, and stopping signals are transmitted to the inverter 4. Accordingly, the short circuit and trouble of the electrolytic capacitors 3a, 3b are rapidly detected by constitution changed into fuse-less form, and the inverter is protected.
