Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately measure flow rate for a long time by providing a chamber on the axis of a body at one end thereof in such a manner as to be fluidically independent of a passage, which is formed in a shape of L at the other end thereof and then, mounting on impeller and a rotor therein. CONSTITUTION:In a detection apparatus, a passage 4 is formed in a shape of L while a chamber 7 is provided fluidically independent thereof 4 on the axis of a body 1 at the other end thereof and a shaft 10 is arranged along the axis of the body 1 from the chamber to the passage 4. A rotor 21 with magnetic substance 25 is mounted on the shaft 10 in the passage 4. With such an arrangement, the chamber 7 won't make up a part of the passage 4, which prevents rust or the like contained in a fluid from attaching to the magnetic substance 25. Thus, accurate measurement of flow rate can be done for a long time.
