Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a composite molded product composed of a metal plate and a resin which has high reliability and enables to improve productivity significantly, by fixing a flange part having an area larger than a through hole of the metal plate and molding a molded object capable to rotate making the through hole a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A metal base plate 15 having a through hole 15a is set in the molds 14a, 14b, a resin is poured on both faces of the metal base plate 15 through the through hole 15a and a resin molded protruded part 16 having the resin flange parts 16a, 16b larger than a diameter of the through hole 15a is molded. A molding is done between at least one of the flange parts 16a, 16b and the metal base plate 15 in the state in which a spacer 17 capable to be removed after the molding, and a clearance 17a is shaped between the metal base plate 15 and the flange part 16a. Because a fixing force formed between a resin part 16c and a metal base plate 15 can be removed by this, the resin protruding part 16 can be rotated making the through hole 15a a bearing.
