Abstract

PURPOSE: To continuously emit plastic refractory material with high viscosity by providing a raised straight part having a length required in reaching a speed overcoming friction in a pipe to the emitting pipe of a plastic refractory material spray machine using compressed air.
CONSTITUTION: A plastic material 12 thrown into a hopper 11 is introduced into a conduit 14 and guided downwardly by its own wt. and a vibrator 15. On the other hand, a recirculating pocket group is rotated by a rotary shaft 16 and, because a pocket 17 is succeedingly rotated to the lower part of the conduit 14, the plastic refractory material 12 in the conduit 14 is fallen into the pocket 17 and succeedingly to an emitting part. In this emitting part, compressed air is blown into the pocket 17 through an air blow-in pipe 18 and the plastic refractory material 12 is blown out into emitting pipe 19 along with air stream and guided by a freely bendable hose to be sprayed from a spray nozzle. A long straight part B is provided to the emitting pipe 19 as well as a bent part C reducing pipe friction is provided in a large radius of curvature.
