Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically sample a set amount of oil at certain intervals of time during the operation, by providing a time integrating mechanism which outputs a valve control signal and an oil reservoir connected to a hydraulic line through a solenoid valve and having a switch for setting the amount of stored oil. CONSTITUTION:A mechanism 8 which integrates the actual operation time of an operating machine switches a solenoid valve 2 at certain operation time intervals. With the changeover valve 2 opened, the pressurized oil from a hydraulic line 1 is sent from an intake port 45 into an oil reservoir 44 through a duct 6. According to a gradual increase in the amount of oil, a float switch F.S rises together with its oil level and when the amount of oil reaches a set point, the switch turns off to intercept the signal from the time integrating mechanism 8 to the changeover valve 2. Then, the changeover valve 2 is changed over by a spool spring 2a to block the hydraulic line 1. The oil in the oil reservoir 44 is sampled in an oil sampling bottle through an outlet port 46 by opening a cock 47 at an adequate point of time.
