Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatize oil feeding operation, by employing such an arrangement the oil supply to an oil injection nozzle disposed at an inlet throttle valve of a compressor is effected in response to the output signal of an oil-level sensor for detecting the level of oil in an oil separator. CONSTITUTION:In case that drop of oil level in an oil separator 4 is indicated by an output signal of an oil-level sensor 24 that is adapted for detecting the level of oil in the oil separator 4, a control section 26 functions to apply a valve opening signal c to a solenoid valve 16 for a time T1 and to thereby open the valve 16. Resultantly, oil in a supply tank 17 is supplied to a compressor 1 via an oil injection nozzle 15. After passing of the above valve opening time T1 of the solenoid valve 16, oil supply is stopped for a time T2 for stabilizing the oil surface in the oil separator 4. Subsequently, a necessary minimum amount of oil is supplied automatically by judging the output of the oil-level sensor 24 and repeating the above procedures in the same way in case that the oil level is low.
