Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable detection of a torque signal by means of a simple constitution, by detecting a relative rotary angle of a shaft, spinning corresponding to a suction amount of an engine, to a shaft which spins in synchronism with opening of an accelerator. CONSTITUTION:A torque signal detector 1 is attached to a suction path 3 of an engine. A first shaft 5 can not move toward a case body 4 and in an axial direction, but is pivotably journaled. A concavity 17 is formed in an axial direction in a retainer member 14, and a second shaft 19 is journaled through a bearing 18 with on end prevented from turning. The second shaft 19 is situated so that it can turn through an arm 21 corresponding to opening of an accelerator, and an angle detecting means 22, producing an electric potential corresponding to the relative angle of the subject 15 to the shaft 19, is installed. This enables obtaining of an inexpensive torque signal detecting means.
