Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the idling sufficiently and to reduce the power consumption by providing the projections extending into the operating chamber on both the body member and the cover members forming the output member. CONSTITUTION:A projection 20 in the direction of the opreating chamber 12 is provided near the open end at the operating chamber 12 side of a conduction hole 14 made in the cover member 7 to form the pump section. While a projection 19 in the direction of the operating chamber 12 having the desired circumferential length is provided on the side face facing with the circumferential edge section of an input member 4 of the body member 5.
