Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a friction loss in a blade sliding part and to improve the volumetric efficiency of a compressor by forming a groove in the axial direction on a blade sliding surface in a slit and inserting a chip seal member coming into contact with a blade into this groove. CONSTITUTION:A slit 14 slidably inserts a blade 15, and its point end part holds the condition coming into contact with the surface of a roller 12. A cylinder chamber 13 is divided into a suction chamber 17 and a compression chamber 18 by this blade 15. The slit 14 forms in its blade sliding surface 21a a groove 22a in the axial direction, and chip seal members 23a, 23b, consisting of low friction material having elasticity, are inserted into this groove 22a being brought into contact with the blade 15. In this way, a compressor, which eliminates an ununiform contact condition of the blade smoothly sliding it, enables a friction loss to be reduced. While the compressor enables its volumetric efficiency to be improved by decreasing a leakage amount of fluid.
