Abstract
PURPOSE:To save fuel in a carburetor, by providing a valve chamber, contained with a floating valve, in the half way of a pilot fuel passage, further communicating said chamber to the rear side of a throttle valve through a communication hole and closing the pilot fuel passage with the floating valve when the throttle valve is closed. CONSTITUTION:A floating chamber 6 is provided in a valve chamber 7, and the valve chamber 7 is provided in the half way of a pilot fuel passage 5, further said chamber is communicated to the downstream side of a throttle valve 3 through a communication hole 10. The valve 3 is closed, if decelerated, negative pressure is generated in the downstream side of the valve 3, and the valve 6 is sucked up against tension of a spring 9, then a horizontal hole 8 in the valve 6 is separately shifted from the passage 5 to cause fuel not to flow. Accordingly, the fuel can be shut off only at deceleration when the fuel is not necessary.
