Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of reliability when a simple transmission line which has signal leakage by providing a means which gives each repeater a characteristic address and transfers only a data signal, coincident with said address, to a central processor. CONSTITUTION:An FS answer signal transmitted from a terminal equipment (unshown) to a center station through a simple transmission line is passed through a coupling circuit 26 and demodulated by an FS demodulating circuit 28, and an address discriminating circuit 29 performs address discrimination. When address coincidence is obtained, a timer circuit 31 is driven and a gate 32 is opened for a prescribed time (when said FS answer signal is allowed to pass). Therefore, the FS answer signal passes through this gate 32 and is shaped by a waveform shaping circuit 33 and then remodulated by an FS modulating circuit 34, whose output is transmitted to the 2nd repeater which has no call signal regenerating circuit part 20 through an amplifier 35 and a coupling circuit 21, thereby transferring the FS answer signal to the center station through this 2nd repeater.
