PURPOSE:To reduce the packet transmission interval and thus to increase the data transmission velocity for the private communication of circular type by answering the adaptability for the packet reception to the transmission station from the reception station according to the state of the local buffer. CONSTITUTION:The signals extracted through circuit 10 in the reception station is supplied to reception side channel part 17 via common part 13. A collation is given between the address of corresponding communication subsystem 19 and the address in the reception packet. When a coincidence is obtained through the above collation, the answer of the packet acceptance is transmitted to the answer part of the packet through reception side indication part 14 in case the data reception buffer is not busy in system 19. Each answer is transmitted to the transmission line from indication part 14 via common part 15, transmission side indication part 16 and circuit 12 respectively and then to be transmitted to the transmission station.
