Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a molding process and upgrade its strength by molding a lamp housing and a radiator grill as one piece construction during injection molding and fixing a lighting apparatus to radiator grill. CONSTITUTION:When a radiator grill 11 is molded by an injection molding method, a cup-shaped lamp housing molding space L is formed and communicated to a molding space M which forms the grill 11 between the metal molds A and B. Resin is then injected and molded into one piece-shape. After the molding, a mask is laid and a reflex film is formed in the interior of a housing lamp 12 by vacuum evaporation and spattering. Therefore, molding can be achieved by a single process, and the need of screw clamping is eliminated, thereby simplifying the molding process. In addition to the simplified process, the mechanical strength can be improved by the integrated construction.
