CONSTITUTION:When rotating the driving shaft 12 at high speed, the RPM of the pulse motor 11 is maintained constant, and the timing driven pulley 18 of the speed change mechanism 14 is connected to the intermediate shaft 13 by way of the magnetization of the electromagnetic clutch 22, and the rotaional force of the pulse motor is transmitted to the intermediate shaft 12 through the pulleys 16 and 18 and the timing belt 23, in order to make the intermediate shaft 12 run at the high speed, and this high speed is transmitted to the driving shaft 12 through the transmission mechanism 15, and the high speed paper feeding is performed.
