Abstract

PURPOSE:To supply excess mold coating liquid that does not stick on molds into a mold coating material tank from a recovery tank through a recovery and storage tank and to improve productivity by flowing the mold coating liquid from the mold coating material tank provided at a high place into the molds by making use of pressure differences thereby coating the molds. CONSTITUTION:First, a mold 5 is carried onto a rotary table 4 with a hoist, chain block or the like mounted to an I-beam 18. Next, the mold coating liquid in a mold coating material tank 1 installed at a place higher than that of the mold 5 is flowed onto the surface of the mold 5 by operating a manual valve 2 and a flexible piping 3 and by making use of pressure differences, whereby the mold is coated. Thence, the mold coating liquid that does not stick on the mold 5 is recovered through a recovery tank 6 and a piping 8A into a recovery and storage tank 13 by means of a pump 7. At this time, when the mold coating liquid of the tank 1 decreases, a pump 12 is operated by a solenoid valve 11A to replenish the liquid from the tank 13. When the liquid is full in the tank 13, the pump 7 is stopped by a solenoid valve 11B to stop the recovery of the mold coating liquid.
