Abstract
PURPOSE:To save consumed electric power by leading the flow of a hydraulic control valve for clamping a mold to the side of injection to employ the same for maintaining pressure for inejction and by unloading a large-capacity pump while the pressure for injection is maintained. CONSTITUTION:The secondary side of the hydraulic control valve 4 controlling a small-capacity pump 1 for maintaning the mold-clamping force of a mold-clamping cylinder 8 is led to a hydraulic circuit 33 on the side of injection through the intermediary of a pipe line 26. While filling-up for injection is conducted, oil is joined to the oil quantity of the large-capacity pump 2 for injection and mold-clamping and made to flow through a hydraulic piping 19 and an injection cylinder 16 is made to advance. During the process of maintenance of pressure, a solenoid valve 32 is nonexcited and the large-capacity pump 2 is made unloaded by a relief valve 30 to return oil to a hydraulic tank 31 under low pressure. At this time, the pressure for injection can be maintained sufficiently high since the discharge quantity of the small-capacity pump 1 is led from the pipe line 26 to the side of injection through the intermediary of the hydraulic control valve 4.
